The information contained in this guide is meant for any user of learning spaces at North Dakota State University. Learning spaces as used here is defined as any classroom, teaching lab, conference, or meeting space that was designed and equipped by the AV Technology group of NDSU. Information covered in this guide ranges from a basic equipment overview to advanced feature applications. The information presented on these pages progresses from basic to advanced. The information is presented in a variety of different formats, mostly video tutorials and written user guides, allowing users to select their preferred mode of consumption as well as review the materials in different formats for improved retention. We are continuously updating and improving the information presented in this guide, so if you do see any mistakes, have any questions or suggestions for improvements, please do not hesitate to contact us.

AV Technology Hours of Operation
During the fall and spring semesters, AV Technology provides support from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays. We are not available on weekends.
To reach us for assistance, please use one of the following methods:
- Go to the NDSU IT Help Desk website at ndsu.edu/it/help and select “Manage Tickets” or “Report a Problem”
- Email the help desk at ndsu.itservice@ndsu.edu, they will create a ticket for the issue, and forward the information to our group
- Call the Help Desk at 701-231-8685, and they will relay the information to AV Technology. Someone will be on their way to assist you promptly
