How to upload MP4 videos and other file types?

Below are instructions on how to upload Zoom recordings, YouTube videos, other MP4 videos, and other types of files into YuJa.

Uploading MP4 Files

  1. Open any Blackboard Original course
  2. Click Tools | YuJa - NDSU to open the YuJa Media Library page
  3. Click Upload
  4. Select Video | Browse | select the MP4 file to be uploaded | click Open -- OR -- Drag and Drop the file on the Add Media dialog box - the upload process should begin immediately

The video processing time varies depending on the size of the original MP4 file. Once processing is complete, the uploaded video appears in your YuJa Media Library page with the same title as the MP4 video.

Uploading Other File Types

  1. Follow Steps 1-3 above
  2. Select Audio, Documents, Link, or VR
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts for each file type
Supported formats: .MP3, .wmv, .m4v, .3gp, .mov, .mts (AVCHD), Flash video, .webm, .mxf, .dv, .docx, .pdf, .srt, .vtt, .txt, .csv, .xlsx, .pptx, .psd
Link formats: YouTube or Vimeo videos and Web Links
VR: Virtual Reality - Images or Video
