• Recover your password 
• Recover your account ID 
• Obtain your student or employee ID number 

Change your directory information:

• Change your usernames (i.e., Bison Login, University System ID) and email address 
• Change your legal name 
• Change your preferred name 
• Update other directory information (e.g., address, phone number)
