What is Instructional Design?
Instructional design is the practice of helping faculty develop effective, engaging, and evidence-based learning experiences for students. It involves applying learning theories, evidence-based instructional strategies, and academic technologies to support course design and delivery. Instructional designers collaborate with instructors to ensure that course materials are aligned with learning outcomes, assessments, accessible to all students, and grounded in best practices for teaching and learning.Design Your Course
