IT Supported Operating Systems

  • Windows 11 Education 23H2
  • Windows 11 Education 22H2
  • Windows 10 Education 22H2
  • macOS 15 Sequoia 
  • macOS 14 Sonoma
  • macOS 13 Ventura (July 2025 sun-setted)
  • iPadOS 18
  • iPadOS 17

Non-Supported Operating Systems

  • Windows 11 Education version 21H2 or below
  • Windows 11 Home versions
  • Windows 10 Education version 21H2 or below
  • Windows 10 Home versions
  • Windows 10 Enterprise (not available under Microsoft Agreement)
  • Windows 8 and below (includes DOS)
  • Mac OS 11 and lower
  • Any non-Windows/Mac OS (Android, Linux, BSD, Solaris, etc)

IT Supported Core Applications

  • Microsoft Office 21
  • Microsoft Office 19
  • Microsoft Edge (Windows-only, typically latest)
  • Chrome (typically latest)
  • Firefox (typically latest)
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader (Windows only)
  • Zoom
  • Safari (Mac-only)

Non-Supported Core Applications

  • Microsoft Office 16 and lower
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer (all versions)
  • Chrome (non-current versions)
  • Firefox (non-current versions)
  • Safari (Mac-only, non-current versions)
