Crestron Flex Cart
Documentation on the use of a Crestron Flex cart for presentations and hyflex or remote teaching.
The Crestron Flex Cart is a mobile all-in-one videoconference solution. It can be used for presentations using the installed desktop computer, an external laptop, or mobile devices sharing their screen wirelessly with the display. It utilizes a 55" TV monitor to display your content or videoconference participants. The installed desktop computer is located in the cabinet on the back of the cart and can be controlled using the provided wireless keyboard with track pad. Simply use your NDSU username and password to sign in and find all standard classroom software preinstalled for your convenience.
The Crestron Mercury device found on the Crestron Flex cart is a powerful microphone and speaker combination and allows you to control the functions of the cart. It can be utilized in a videoconference connection using the installed desktop computer. Simply select "Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Crestron Mercury)" as your microphone and speaker option in your videoconference software.
A powerful Huddly camera is installed on the Crestron Flex cart and comes with auto framing that will capture everybody in your meeting space or classroom in high definition. It can be used in a recording or videoconference connection using the installed desktop computer. Simply select "Huddly Cam" as the camera option in your software.
