Grading Instructions
Grade loading in Campus Connection opens for ALL classes approximately 2 weeks prior to the last day of the term. All grades are due the Tuesday following the last day of the term at noon.

Instructors have the option of importing grades from Blackboard into Campus Connection - Blackboard Help Document site.
Grade Loading Details
- Please check your grade rosters now to ensure you have access for a smooth grade loading process. Instructors must have faculty security access in Campus Connection to load grades. If this has not been established, submit a Security Request Form ASAP.
- If the deadline is missed, instructors will be responsible for filling out an individual Grade Reporting Form for each student on the roster. Grade reporting forms are available via electronic submission within Campus Connection. Click on the NDSU eForms tile > Registration and Records on the left menu > Click on the appropriate ‘Admin-XXX form (Grade Change or Incomplete Grade)
- If a grade roster did not generate for a particular class, contact Registration and Records.
- Student(s) added to a course after the grade roster is generated do not appear on the roster. A Grade Reporting Form will need to be submitted for students in this situation.
- Last Date of Academic Activity or Attendance (LDA) – Information on LDA requests.
- Instructor assignments in Campus Connection must be accurate to access grade rosters. Instructor updates may be sent to Nancy Kasper at Nancy.Kasper@ndsu.edu or 231-5836.
- If assigning incomplete grades, refer to the Incomplete Grading policy. Incomplete Grade Reporting forms must be submitted to Registration and Records by the grade loading deadline.
