Scheduled Vevox Maintenance

Vevox has announced a scheduled maintenance window on Sunday, June 7, at 2:00 AM EDT. The maintenance is expected to last no longer than one hour. The work has been scheduled outside of peak usage times to minimize disruption. Users may see notifications about this maintenance within the Vevox dashboard. During this time, Vevox services may be temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Getting Started

Until the full transition on July 1, if you do not yet have access to Vevox, please submit an IT Service Center ticket to request enrollment.

Best Practices

  • Explain why you are using Vevox, such as assessing understanding, allowing anonymous questions, and gathering feedback.
  • Communicate with your participants if the sessions are anonymous or user-identified. 
  • Have students complete a “low-stakes” Vevox task to learn the tool.  
  • Give clear instructions and guidelines
