Creating a PointSolutions Account

This is how you activate your PointSolutions account at NDSU.

Notice: The PointSolutions license will end on June 30, 2026, and will not be renewed. If you are looking for a polling tool at NDSU, please visit the Polling Knowledge Base (KB) page for more information.

Blackboard Ultra

  1. Log into Blackboard, find your course, and click on Books & Tools under Details and Actions. 
  2. Under Books & Course Tools, click on PointSolutions Account Registration-NDSU located under Available tools. 

It should direct you to enter your Bison Login (typically your first.lastname) to log in.  The information is auto-filled based on your NDSU information, so it should be correct. Check your email to find the verification.
