Twelve university-wide faculty awards are accepting nominations, with deadlines running from Oct. 1, 2026 through March 1, 2027 and award amounts from $1,000 to $6,500.

Nominations are now open for NDSU's university-wide Faculty Awards. The awards honor work in teaching, research, mentoring, and service across the university.

Faculty, staff, students, alumni, and administrators may all submit nominations. Self-nominations are accepted for awards that do not require a nomination from someone else. Send nominations and supporting materials to Ann Fredrickson unless the award listing below indicates otherwise.

Questions about the awards process, eligibility, or nomination requirements can go to Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs Carrie Anne Platt. Recipients of the 2026-2027 awards will be recognized at the annual Celebration of Excellence in September 2027.
