The Vitalant bloodmobile will be parked near Bentson Bunker Fieldhouse from 8 to 11:30 a.m., and everyone who donates in August can earn a $15 gift card.
NDSU staff and faculty can give blood at a campus blood drive on Tuesday, Aug. 11. The Vitalant bloodmobile will be on site from 8 to 11:30 a.m., and appointments can be scheduled online in advance.
Summer is one of the hardest times of year to keep the blood supply stable. As more people travel and spend time outdoors, emergencies rise, and a single patient can require 100 or more units of blood. Donating now, or encouraging someone else to give, helps meet that need.
Blood Drive Details
- Date: Tuesday, Aug. 11.
- Time: 8 to 11:30 a.m.
- Location: The bloodmobile will be parked on College Street near Bentson Bunker Fieldhouse, on the west side of the building.
