Graduate School Highlights Business Certificates

The Graduate School is spotlighting NDSU's business-related graduate certificates as a professional development option for employees, with most certificates taking only three or four courses.

This summer, the Graduate School admissions team is sharing information about the graduate certificates offered at NDSU. This week features business-related certificates, listed below.

If you have a bachelor's degree, you are eligible to apply for a graduate certificate. Most certificates include three or four courses, and the benefits of earning one include:

  • You gain specialized knowledge.
  • You enhance your resume or C.V.
  • If you are interested in the related master's program, you complete a significant chunk of the required coursework.

Business-Related Certificates

  • Business Analytics: Business Analytics Concepts, Business Analytics Methods, Marketing Analytics and Customer Intelligence, and one elective.
  • Digital Marketing and Innovation: Creating and Marketing Innovations, Marketing Analytics and Customer Intelligence, Digital Marketing, and Integrated Marketing Communications.
  • Healthcare Administration: Classes will be posted in the Catalog soon.
  • Leadership and Managerial Skills: Leading and Managing Teams, Management Decision Making, Negotiations, and one additional class.
  • Organizational Change Management: Organizational Change Management, Organizational Restructuring, and one elective.
  • Professional Writing: Usability and User Experience, International Technical Writing, Researching and Writing Grants and Proposals, and one elective.
  • Publishing: Introduction to Publishing, Practicum in Publishing, and Field Experience.
  • Supply Chain Management: Transportation and Distribution, Global Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Decision Analysis, and one additional class.
