A weekend system upgrade gives PeopleSoft HCM a redesigned home, stronger text message security, and a new option to download paystubs in bulk.

PeopleSoft HCM received a system upgrade over the weekend. Users will see a redesigned My Landing Page when they log in, along with upgraded text message notifications and a new option to download multiple paystubs at once.

As always, please clear cache and cookies before logging in after an upgrade. If an issue persists after clearing once, clear cache again, and if it still continues, reach out for support.

A New My Landing Page

The new My Landing Page is a centralized homepage that brings your most important tasks and information into one view. It is designed to reduce clicks, improve the visibility of important actions and alerts, and create a more consistent, user-friendly experience. Instead of moving across multiple homepages, everything is now in one place.

  • Access Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, HR, Time & Attendance, and Reports in one location.
  • Favorites and Recently Visited appear directly on the My Landing Page, with no additional navigation.
  • Tasks are organized in a clear, task-based layout, so there is no need to search for where they live.
  • Tiles jump directly to your most common actions.

Text Message Notifications

The text messaging feature received an upgrade, and action is needed to re-enroll. Step-by-step instructions are attached.

  • Enter and verify your phone number with a one-time passcode (OTP) before consenting to text message notifications in HCM. This is a one-time setup.
  • In addition to notifications for changes to Direct Deposit, users will now receive a notification when the phone number on file for text messages is changed. The notification is sent to both the new active number and the old number.
  • A text notification is also sent when a user revokes consent.
  • Email notifications continue to be sent to the user's campus email address for each of the events above.
  • Together, these steps add multiple layers of security by requiring verification and providing notifications of any updates to notification preferences and direct deposit accounts.

Bulk Wage Statements

It is now possible to generate a single PDF of paystubs for a selected date range instead of downloading them one at a time. A step-by-step guide is attached.
