NCI Parking Lot Demolition

The NCI Parking Lot will be demolished between May 18 and August 14, 2026, to make way for a new student activities field.

Demolition of the NCI Parking Lot will begin Monday, May 18, 2026, and is scheduled to conclude Friday, August 14, 2026.

Additional demolition will take place during this same period at the Lord and Burnham Greenhouses and the Potato Research Facility. Once demolition is complete, the area will be redeveloped as a student activities field.

The NCI Lot will not be rebuilt.

Parking Reassignment

SOUTHWEST employee parking permit holders should plan to use other lots within their parking zone going forward:

• AE
• MO
• T2
• PR
• TA
• PS

Combined, these lots provide 574 employee parking spaces.
