  • Ad Astra Monitor - check class enrollment status and section fill rates
  • Campus Connection - class permissions, rosters, schedule, check FERPA status for students; request access or new permissions from Registration & Records

  • CourseLeaf Course/Program Management - check the status of current requests new course and program requests and modifications

  • CLSS Course Scheduling - schedule classes through Registration & Records

  • Curricular Analytics - contact Emily Berg or Jeff Boyer for access

  • Docusign - set up forms for electronic signatures, such as faculty evaluations; log in > click start > send an envelope > upload document > add names/emails of who needs to sign > click next (bottom right) > add signature blocks to document > send

  • Human Resources Management System (HRMS) - includes Recruiting Solutions for hiring, payroll, leave requests, Employee Self-Service, and Manager Self Service; for access, see the security page

  • Navigate - for student advising and student information

  • Novelution - research management and proposals

  • Power BI - data, reports, analysis; request access from Emily Berg, Director of Office of Institutional Research and Analysis

  • Recruiting Solutions - hiring and onboarding; part of PeopleSoft (see above for access information); for questions about faculty positions, contact Angela Fowler, and for staff positions, contact ndsu.hr@ndsu.edu.

  • Training Compliance - annual and mandatory training as well as a link to Track Training for checking employee compliance
