Qualtrics - Redirect Surveys

How to redirect the survey taker to another URL once the survey is completed. How to redirect the survey based on a question asking respondents whether they would want to submit their contact information for a focus group.

    Redirect Surveys

    1. Scroll to the End of Survey Block on the main survey and click that block.  The block will then have blue outline. Look to the left.
    2. End of Survey Message
      1. Redirect to URL
        1. Add the URL in the text box labeled Website URL

    Redirect the survey based on a question asking respondents whether they would want to submit their contact information for a focus group

    1. You would set up a yes/no question on the initial survey asking if they would be willing to submit their contact information for a focus group.
    2. On the initial survey go to Survey Flow
      1. + Add a New Element Here
      2. Branch
      3. Add a Condition
      4. Pick the question that you asked them if they would be will to submit their contact information
      5. Choice would be Yes and Is Selected
      6. +Add a New Element Here
        1. End of Survey
          1. Customize
          2. Check Override Survey Option
          3. Redirect to a URL
            1. add the second survey link
            2. OK

    On the End of Survey where to find Customize option

    Showing that you need to check Override Survey Option and Redirect to URL is where you will past the second survey link and click OK on the right bottom

    The second survey question type should be a form question so that all the data on the result page or report is all together rather than all the names and then all email addresses listed so that you would have a difficult time linking them together unless you custom the report to put them together.
