Bison Login
Used for the following systems: You Belong Here Online Orientation; Computer Labs; Library Services; Wireless Networks
Change Password
Use the following instructions if you know your Bison Login password and want to set a new password.
- Go to the Account Management System
- Click Login and enter your username and password (Bison Login)
- In the left menu, click Change Password
- Follow the instructions on the page and click Change Password
- Logout when you are finished
Forgot Password
Use the following instructions if you do not know your Bison Login password and need to reset it.
- Go to the Account Management System
- Click Forgot Password at the bottom
- Click Lookup
- Select the recovery option you have set up, SMS or Email
- A code will be sent to your recovery option
- Enter the code
- Confirm the DUO MFA prompt if you have multi-factor authentication set up
- Enter a new password and confirm the new password
- Click the Change Password button
- Logout when you are finished

N.D. University System Account
Used for the following systems: Campus Connection; Email (@ndus.edu); Blackboard NDUS System; Housing Application; Scholarship Application
Change Password
Use the following instructions if you know your N.D. University System Account password and want to set a new password.
- Go to https://helpdesk.ndus.edu/
- Click Change my password icon
- Enter your username and password (NDUS credentials)
- Follow the instructions on the page and click Change Password
- Logout when you are finished
Forgot Password
Use the following instructions if you do not know your N.D. University System Account password and need to reset it.
- Go to https://helpdesk.ndus.edu/
- Click Forgot my Password
- Click the Recovery Option you want to use, Email or Mobile Device
- If email, a code will be sent to your recovery email
- If Mobile Device, open the code generator app you have configured for the account
- Click Check Code
- Enter a New Password and Confirm Password
- Click Change Password
- Log out when you are finished
