NDSU Information Technology and Facilities Management provides secure card access to control doors going into and out of buildings and rooms. Building and door card access requests can be made electronically using this Docusign Form.

  • If your department is interested in card access services, please contact your building's key control official. Facilities Management, x1-7911, can provide you with contact information for your key control official.
  • For building card access, please use DocuSign DocuSign Card Request .
