Accommodation and Assessment Exception in Ultra

This page explains how instructors can set up assessment accommodations and exceptions for students in the Ultra Course View.

Accommodation

In the Ultra Course View, instructors can provide assessment accommodations for students who have requested them through the Center for Accessibility and Disability Resources. Accommodations, such as extended exam time or exemptions from due dates on all assessments, can be set up in the student's profile within the Roster. Once established, these accommodations remain in effect for all the assessments for the entire semester.

Steps to set accommodations for a student across all assessments:

  1. Navigate to the Content tab from the course navigation bar.
    Navigate to the content tab.

  2. Select Roster from the Details and Actions section on the right side of the page.
Select Roster under Details and Actions

  3. Locate the student’s name.
