My CITI training is complete and up to date. Why did I get an email saying I'm missing training?
Why you received an email stating you're missing CITI training.
This is a very common question. There are a couple answers to this:
- The Novelution and CITI systems sync with each other after hours. This means if a protocol was submitted during the day, an email will go out, even if the training is complete because the systems haven't synced with each other yet. This happens in the overnight hours. If that doesn't take care of it, the compliance administrator will manually check off the training, if it is in fact complete.
- You have a different email on your CITI profile than you do on your Novelution profile. These emails MUST match for the systems to sync with each other.
