Disclosures must be submitted at least annually and updated within thirty (30) days of a change in status of a previously disclosed interest, or of discovering or acquiring a new interest.  Disclosers must include any information not previously disclosed in any other disclosure period as well as updated information regarding any previously disclosed interests or relationships.
