Overview of collaboration tools and resources in Blackboard Ultra. Tools include creating groups and group assignments, discussions, class conversations, journals, and peer review options. 

  • Groups – three-step process
    • Create a group set  using Blackboard
    • Create three groups in the set  
    • Manually assign learners to the group. 
  • Discussion 
    • Create Discussion inside Module
    • Turn grading  on or off
  • Assign Group to Discussion  
    • Grading Group discussions individually and/or individual
  • Assign a group to an assignment  
    • Grading Group Assignment  
    • Groupwork feedback 
  • Class Conversations  
  • Journal 
  • Peer Review assignment 
    • Open an Assignment 
    • Show Peer Review Settings  - max of 10 peer reviewers
