Adding YuJa Content to a Blackboard Course
Learn how to add YuJa content to Blackboard Ultra.
Adding a YuJa Link
- Open Blackboard Ultra and select the course you want to add the YuJa link to.
- Go to the Course Content page.
- Click on the + icon located on the content page to add new content.

- When the dropdown menu appears, click on the Content Market option.
- On the Content Market page, scroll through the list until you find the item titled YuJa - NDSU.
- Click the + (plus) icon next to YuJa - NDSU to add it to your course.

Adding YuJa Videos to your Course
Embed Video as a Direct Link in Course Content
- Open your Blackboard Ultra course and go to the Course Content area.
- Click the + (add course content) icon to add new content.

- From the drop-down menu that appears, click on Content Market.
- Scroll through the Content Market options until you find YuJa Media Chooser. Click the YuJa Media Chooser option.

- A list of your YuJa media will appear. Locate the video you wish to embed. Select the video and click Insert Content to add the video to your course.

Embed Video Thumbnails in Course Content
- Go to the location within the course where you want to insert the video.
- Click on the plus icon in the desired area.

- Select Create from the options.
- Choose Document from the next menu.

- Click on Content.

- Select Insert Content.

- Go to the Content Market section.

- Scroll down to the bottom and click on YuJa Media Chooser.

- Select the videos you want to insert. You can select one or multiple videos as needed.
- Click Insert Content to add the videos.

- Add text above the videos, describe the video, and explain why it is included in the course. You can also change the name of the file if needed.
- Once finished, click Save.
- After you have inserted your content, close the content editor and save.
