Overview:

In this workshop, participants will be introduced to student’s diverse ways of expressing and demonstrating their knowledge. Also included are examples of student self-assessment and reflection activities.

1. Explain the different ways learners express what they know

2. Identify methods to add prompts and scaffolds to guide students in goal-setting

3. Describe ways to include alternative modalities for expression

4. List examples of student self-assessment and reflection
