DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAN error

If multiple people have told you that the link does not function or open, while others have been able to open it.  Request that they email you the error message to ensure that it is the DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN problem.  If it is DNS error that is their internet provider problem.  The DRN (Dickey Rural Networks) provider identified a problem (12/9/2022) and implemented a temporary solution. Please urge everyone who is experiencing the error contact their provider to report the issue.  To get around the DNS problem, instruct them to utilize their cell service rather than the wifi connection.  Alternatively, if possible, try another network.

The provider might ask for you to send them screenshot the error message and HAR file.  

other information they will need is what browser you are using and if it is updated.  Have you tried other browsers?  What operating system are you using (windows 10, windows 11, Mac).
