Qualtrics - Request expired when I trying to download pdf on the email from the responds
When I attempted to download a PDF from the responses or workflow email, the request expired.
How to fix the request expired
Edit the workflow that is giving you the error request expired
- Click on the workflow
- Click on the email task
- Change the Expiration
- Change The Embedded Data
- To be able to save the changes add a space into the message part.
