Qualtrics - Request expired when I trying to download pdf on the email from the responds

When I attempted to download a PDF from the responses or workflow email, the request expired.

    How to fix the request expired

    Edit the workflow that is giving you the error request expired

    1. Click on the workflow
    2. Click on the email task
    3. Change the Expiration
      1. Never
    4. Change The Embedded Data
      1. None
    5. To be able to save the changes add a space into the message part.
