Qualtrics - Workflows should replace email triggers.
Since 2019, the Qualtrics support team has advocated for an workflow rather than a email trigger.
Please replace email triggers
Email triggers can simply stop working without warning, as I discovered around three years ago when I migrated to workflows. The email triggers option is purposely hidden in the survey options>>post survey, however please eliminate the email triggers after workflow set up processes to avoid receiving two emails.
Workflows are more powerful, and you can see when they fail on your home screen, plus you can create failure notifications.

Email triggers are hidden because within our system because we will be eventually phasing them out (no date determined for that) and we are encouraging our users to use our more robust workflows, which offer the same functionality with enhanced customization.
