How to transfer calls in the Avaya Workplace soft phone app.

 

Answering a call and conferencing/transferring it to another person.

After answering a call, press the three dots at the bottom of the screen.

To add a person to the call press An icon from Avaya Workplace, indicating how to add another person to a call. .

You can choose a contact or dial the extension of the person you want to add to the call.

After the person answers, press "complete action".

Now that you have conferenced the two parties together, you can simply hang up the call by pressing A small red phone icon. if you don’t want to remain on it.
