Qualtrics - Transfer a survey to a new owner

If you do not transfer survey ownership and depart NDSU, the survey will no longer function, even if you shared it with coworkers. Your account will be locked as soon as you leave NDSU.

    How do you transfer a survey to a new owner?

    Send an email to Linda Charlton Gunderson stating who the current owner is, the survey name, and who the future owner should be.  To transfer the survey, please ensure that the recipient has a Qualtrics account.  If you're transferring before the deadline, please mention the date you would prefer the transfer to take place.

    Once the survey has been transferred, the new owner must grant collaboration rights to the people with whom they wish to share it.
