Logging In

1. Log into VMware Horizon
2. Enter your username and password (Bison Login)
3. Click on the computer icon labeled "Training Lab" (logging into the virtual desktop may take a few minutes)
   
   
   

Copying Your Files To Your Computer

Files saved to the virtual computer need to be moved to your local computer or they will be lost

     1. Click the gray tab on the left edge of your virtual window

     2. Click the Open File Transfer Panel button

     3. Navigate to where the files are saved on the virtual desktop

     4. Select the files you want to move

     5. Press CTRL and C

     6. Selected files will show up in the download list

     7. Click the down arrow to save the files to your local computer

     8. Files will now be saved to your local Downloads folder

Logging Off

1. To log off the virtual machine, click the Sign Out icon on the desktop.
