The following list includes workshop sessions that are offered by the Learning and Applied Innovation Center (LAIC).
Live Workshops
Excel 1: Beginners Only:
Learners will gain familiarity with the Excel environment and some of the basic tasks it can perform.
Excel 2: Doing Something with Data – Filters, Charts & Pivot Tables:
Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals:
Using your NDSU Google account to create, store and share materials, students will learn to use Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals to facilitate productivity, collaboration and distribution.
InDesign: Getting Started:
Learners will have a basic understanding of the workspace, tools, and panels.
Illustrator: Getting Started:
Learners will have a basic understanding of the workspace, tools, and panels
Introduction to Video Editing in Camtasia:
Learners will perform basic screen capture recording and video editing in Camtasia.
Photoshop: Getting Started:
This workshop will introduce the work area and common tools for selection and basic photo correction. You will also be introduced to working with layers.
Thesis Formatting:
Graduate students will be able to identify and fix common problems in a long word documents such as Thesis or Dissertations

Creating an ePortfolio using Wix:
Learner will be able to create an ePortfolio in Wix according to their instructors’ requirements.
Podcasting in Audacity:
Learners will be able to import, record and edit audio in order to compose an original podcast
