YuJa Sub Channels and Bulk Publishing
A guide to using sub-channels and publishing multiple videos to course channels in YuJa. Sub-channels are similar to folders -- videos published to the course channel can be organized and viewed in related sub-channels.
- To create and use sub-channels in YuJa, open YuJa then click “All Channels” in the left side menu.
- Search for and select your channel in the window that appears.
- Next, click "Edit Channel".
- Click “New Sub-Channel”.
- Enter a name for the new sub-channel. Click Save.
- Click "Manage Media"
- Select the videos from your media collection to be moved to the sub channel. Use Ctrl+click or Cmd+click to select multiple videos.
- Click “. . .More actions” and choose “Bulk publish”.
- Select your course channel under “All Channels”, then click the + symbol to find the sub-channel.
- Select the sub-channel, then click Select. The selected videos will be published to the selected sub-channel.
