Screen Sharing from an Instructor Station

Below are instructions on how to share your screen from an instructor station on Zoom, Blackboard Collaborate and Microsoft Teams.

For any presenting software, switch to the Computer input from the Crestron control panel in the classroom.

While the SMART display can be used in the classroom without additional setup, if the class has any remote participants, go to page two for instructions on how to enable as a camera for web conference participants.

After selecting the computer input from the Crestron panel, the screen/board will act as a touchscreen with the ability to annotate using the SMART Pen.

In order to add annotations, simply remove the pen and use it on the screen. The annotations added will appear on the screen, and can be edited using the pop-up menu that appears once you begin writing on the display.

In order to allow annotations to appear in the web conference software to the remote participants, the SMART display needs to be added as a camera
