- Excellent pricing from ND State Contract (Please note: Contract length is two years, eligible for upgrade after 18 months, fees may apply for early cancellation)
- Institutional pooling of minutes
- Synchronization between office computer email, calendar, and contacts, and smartphones/tablets using Microsoft Office 365
- Assist in mobile device trouble and carrier problem resolution
- Advocacy for NDSU in our relationships with the cellular carriers and the State cellular contract committee
- Centralized billing and record keeping
- Review of cellular bills from carriers to verify that contract pricing has been provided and billing irregularities have been addressed
