Weekly Email Limit Campus-Wide

The weekly email limit for each user is 500 outgoing emails using Qualtrics system in a rolling 7-day cycle. This total is for every email you've sent from your NDSU Qualtrics email account for the past seven days. All email types are included, including reminders, invites, general emails, workflow, and thank you emails. 

Why Is There A Weekly Email Limit?

Both NDSU and Qualtrics limit the number of weekly emails to avoid having anyone's emails tagged as spam or added to the blacklist. When emails are tagged as spam and/or blacklisted they are filtered out through email service providers spam filters.
