How to place a call on hold using Avaya Workplace phone software.

Place a call on hold.

After answering a call, press the three dots at the bottom of the screen.

Press the A screenshot of the "pause" button in Avaya Workplace. button. This button will turn blue. To return to the caller, press the button again.
