Qualtrics - Survey Title/Header

How do you alter or delete a survey with a title/header that is not shown in the survey builder? How to add Headers within the block?

    Survey Title/Header

    When you copy a survey that has a title/header you will not see it in the survey builder.  To find the Title/Header you will have to go Look and Feel.

    1. Look and Feel
    2. General
    3. Header
      1. Edit

    Headers within blocks

    Use the Text/Graphic question type for headers within blocks. Headers will not appear in the survey reports.
