Changes to NDSU Email Syncing: Apple Mail and Other Non-Outlook Apps Impacted October 1

Beginning October 1, Microsoft will begin deprecating Enterprise Web Services (EWS) for syncing email, calendar, and contacts. If you use a client other than Outlook or Outlook Mobile, including native apps such as Apple Mail & Calendar, you may run into issues with syncing your data once this change occurs.

We recommend doing the following before October 1st:

  1. Make sure your device OS is up to date to the latest version
  2. Remove and re-add your account

If your client does not sync after October 1st after doing the steps above, the client will not work with your NDSU email account. We recommend moving to Outlook and Outlook Mobile on your devices to sync your account.
