Qualtrics - Java Script stop working

Here is a list of potential reasons why the script might stop functioning.
    1. JavaScript behavior is often inconsistent across browsers.
    2. Using the New Survey Experience to improve accessibility may disable JavaScript. 
      1.  Qualtrics Uses the New Survey Experience to help questions that are otherwise inaccessible pass the accessibility checker and makes Qualtrics Mobile accessible. 

    Exercise caution when disabling the New Survey Experience to enable JavaScript.
