Qualtrics - Contact list Survey trigger deprecation (December 1, 2025)

How to check for survey triggers and contact list survey triggers

1. Go to your survey in Qualtrics
2. Navigate to Survey Options
3. Select the Post-Survey section.
4. Under Manage contact list triggers, click Edit triggers
5. Review the list of triggers associated with your survey and note which contact lists are being used
6. Recommended actions:
   1. If Contact List Triggers appear, please change them to Contact List Workflows
   2. If the Contact List Triggers do not appear, no addition changes are necessary at this time

Where to find the Contact List Workflows

Go to your survey in Qualtrics

1. Navigate to Survey Options
2. Select the Post-Survey section
3. Under Manage contact list workflows
