New Blackboard Ultra Updates
Known Issues:
"You Do Not Have Access" Error in Ultra Assignments – No Workaround Available
We are aware of the issue in Ultra where instructors are encountering a "You do not have access" error message when attempting to add feedback after scoring an assignment or when trying to re-score a submission.
CTS reported the issue to Anthology (Blackboard) and learned that it has been confirmed as a known bug by Anthology (Blackboard). A fix is expected to be released by the end of this week.
At this time, there is no workaround available. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we await a resolution.
