Ultra Instructor Message Icon Error: Workaround

A new issue has been identified in Ultra, when clicking the message icon beside an instructor's name it results in an webpage error. Click the back selection in your browser to return to the course. Currently, there is no fix available for this problem. However, as a workaround, you can use the Messages tab within the Ultra course. From there, select the intended recipient and send your message successfully. Blackboard states that this issue will be resolved in an upcoming release.
