Clear your cookies
- Click on the three dots on the upper right-hand corner
- Clear Browsing data
- All time
- Clear data
Use a different device
Try using a different device to complete the survey. Try using PC on your second attempt at the survey if you completed it on a mobile device the first time.
Use a different browser
Make sure your browser is update
If you are seeing the thank you completion page
Click on the tiny arrow on the left side to open up the survey menu to show all the surveys. Click on the survey that says to do.
Still having problems
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about if the data has ultimately been taken or whether the system is still showing no data. Send an email to Linda Charlton if you still having issues, and she'll setup a Teams or Zoom meeting. She will search for your name, share her screen and allow you access to her computer so you can complete the survey. (She will turn away until you tell her you hit submit so she does not see what you are writing.) She will verify that the survey was submitted in the system.
