Where can I obtain a position feedback template?

    Template For Position Feedback

    1. Click Create project
    2. Select Survey
    3. Click Get started
    4. Name the project
    5. Select a folder for your project - This is optional.
    6. Under - How do you want to start your survey
      • Select - Use a survey from your library
    7. Under - Select a library
      • Choose - North Dakota State University
    8. Under - Select a survey
    9. You may use the search box or select - All Projects and Programs
      • Find - Feedback Form for a Position
    10. Click Create project
    11. Edit the survey for your position

    Other templates are available for use by the entire NDSU community in the North Dakota State University library.
