YuJa Sub Channels and Bulk Publishing

A guide to using sub-channels and publishing multiple videos to course channels in YuJa. Sub-channels are similar to folders -- videos published to the course channel can be organized and viewed in related sub-channels.
  1. To create and use sub-channels in YuJa, open YuJa then click “All Channels” in the left side menu.

  2. Search for and select your channel in the window that appears.

  3. Next, click "Edit Channel".edit channel
  4. Click “New Sub-Channel”.New sub channel
  5. Enter a name for the new sub-channel. Click Save.Sub channel name and save
  6. Click "Manage Media"
  7. Select the videos from your media collection to be moved to the sub channel. Use Ctrl+click or Cmd+click to select multiple videos. 
  8. Click “. . .More actions” and choose “Bulk publish”.More actions and Bulk Publish
  9. Select your course channel under “All Channels”, then click the + symbol to find the sub-channel.select channel dropdown
  10. Select the sub-channel, then click Select. The selected videos will be published to the selected sub-channel.
