LockDown Browser - Update the Software
Respondus LockDown Browser may be required to access tests in courses using Blackboard. Please follow the instructions below to update a previously installed copy of the LockDown browser before you attempt the test.
Update Respondus LockDown Browser to Avoid Test Issues
To avoid potential issues students should update Respondus LockDown Browser on their computer before starting a test using LockDown Browser.
To Update Respondus LockDown Browser:
- Start Respondus LockDown Browser
- Click the "i" button on the toolbar, click "Check for Newer Version" (Windows)
- OR click "About", click "Check for Update" (Macintosh)
