Employee Self Service

All NDSU employees have access to an employee information portal in PeopleSoft HRMS called "Self Service".


The PeopleSoft HRMS module allows managers to review employee job information. This includes:

  • Leave Balances
  • Additional Pay
  • Position Information
  • Responsibility Review data
  • Tenure Data
  • Personal Data
  • Emergency contact information
  • Position Account Codes
  • Budget Data
